Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Eternia Stores purchase, but we understand that sometimes things might not be a perfect fit. No worries – here's our friendly guide on returns and refunds:

Returns Within 30 Days:

You have 30 days from the day your product is delivered to decide if it's the right match for you. To be eligible for a return, make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and still snuggled up in the original packaging.

Not Eligible for Returns:

Some items are like one-of-a-kind cozy blankets – they're special and can't be returned. This includes discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized treasures, and anything perishable or intimate. Sorry, but we can't accept returns on these.

How to Make a Return:

If you'd like to initiate a return, drop us an email at eterniastorellc@gmail.com. Attach your receipt or proof of purchase, and send the merchandise to our PO Box 2439, Hazleton, PA 18201.

Shipping Costs:

You're the captain of your return ship, and that means you'll cover the shipping costs. Unfortunately, shipping costs are like a one-way ticket – non-refundable. If you get a refund, we'll deduct the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once we've received your return and given it a warm welcome, we'll shoot you an email to let you know. If your return is like a reunion, you can choose between an exchange, a non-transferable merchandise credit, or a refund to your original payment method. We'll make sure it happens within a reasonable timeframe.

A Friendly Reminder:

To keep things intact, make sure to follow the conditions mentioned above. If there's a hiccup and we can't accept the return, we'll let you know and work together to find a solution.
